The ULN2003A is a 16Pin DIP, high-voltage, high-current
darlington drivers comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs.
Feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive
loads.
Output Current (single output): 500 mA max
Voltage: 50Vmax on output
Inputs: TTL/CMOS compatible
